$1025 so far. I have to move due to new management and new requirements, But if I could stay. I would. I really like it here. There are a lot of remodeled units so I'd imagine price going up.

Just started my 11th year here. THE place to live! Safe, clean, quiet and friendly. Excellent and responsive Management and Maintenance. Five public Schools within 1 mile drive: serving Pre-K to 12th Grades. 2 miles exactly to I-64 and I-264. 3.5 miles to Norfolk Airport(ORF). 3 miles to VB Town Center. 9 miles to downtown Norfolk/Waterside. 1/2 mile to Williams Rec Center. I would not live anywhere else!!!!

I have been at St. Croix for about a year now & it has treated me well. From there quick responding maitenance man Mr. G, the clean gym facility, updated appliances & now the new manager Mrs. Lynetta is pushing the apartment community to better and better. I just renewed for my second year and looking forward to it. Thank you St. Croix.
